Returns and Refunds

It is our aim to please our customers and have them return time and again for fun jewelry pieces.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or suspect your item is lost in transit please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

To return a purchase: The purchaser must contact us within 14 days of delivery, once we have agreed to the return, the purchaser has 30 days to deliver the item to us. ( items returned without first contacting us are not eligible for a refund )

All returns must be in their original condition with nothing missing, (unused, undamaged and unwashed ). Return shipping is the responsibility of purchaser. Once we receive the item, we will inspect the item and if it is deemed in its original condition we will issue a full refund to the original payment method minus the shipping. If there is a flaw or product defect please contact us and allow us to fix the issue, do not return without contacting us, thank you.

Earrings, Hats and corsets are final sale for sanitary reasons.
